Using the finder

The finder uses the choices you submit to request matches from this site's matching endpoint. If you save an answer set to resume in the same browser tab, those choices may be held in session storage. The finder does not ask for your name, account, email address or payment details. This notice does not describe infrastructure logs or network handling beyond the behavior of the finder itself.

If you actively choose a model's BuyerShortlists buying-details link, the central page can carry your validated public choices in the URL fragment, display them as choices rather than proof of compatibility, and provide a return link to the finder with the same answers. Fragments are browser input; they are not authentication and are not sent to Amazon by the central page. The Amazon destination is a fixed model search with the required affiliate tag; your quiz answers are not added to that search.

Limits of this notice

This explanation covers the browser-visible finder and central-page behavior. It does not verify server-side logging, analytics or the policies of third-party services. Consult the relevant provider notices for those practices.
